Experience
Since 2006, Mr. Berman has exclusively practiced criminal law. Over his career, he has litigated a wide range of serious criminal cases and developed extensive experience in Charter litigation and complex trial advocacy.
He began his legal career at a Bay Street law firm after completing his articles before transitioning fully into criminal defence practice.
