During her articling term, she gained experience on matters involving impaired driving, assault, domestic offences, sexual offences, firearms, drug offences, and mental health-related matters. She has assisted with contested bail hearings, Charter applications, evidentiary motions, and complex trial preparation, while maintaining a client-focused approach throughout the litigation process.

Prior to joining Goodman Berman Barristers, Jaspreet completed a portion of her articling term at a law firm in St. Catharines, where she gained experience in family law and wills and estates. This diverse legal background has given her valuable insight into the personal and legal challenges clients often face, allowing her to approach each matter with empathy, practicality, and a well-rounded perspective.
